Man, I can't believe this project is almost 2 years old already. We haven't been able to put out a lot of releases recently(more like ever, actually) but for a team of casual newbies like us I feel like we did okay. Anyway, I'll be honest and say that this release came out a lot earlier than expected, and it's almost all thanks to my good friend(and new recruit) Tape. She is credit to team.

Yeah guys I'm... really, really sorry for not giving any sort of update(I'm kind of terrible at managing stuff, you see). But yeah our releases came to a standstill a while ago as one our editors just kind of dropped the ball without officially announcing it so we were left hanging for a long time and our other editor(Phangry) had an ungodly amount of computer/photoshop-related problems and couldn't do anything for a while, so I was sitting there with a half-volume done and tons of unused scripts on my computer for several months.

I know, believe me I KNOW we've used these kind of excuses tons of times before and the feeling of guilt gnaws at the back of my mind every day like a fucking Harvest bug. But recently things have looked up(We've gotten new recruits!) and hopefully we'll be able to release our next volume soon.

Yeah yeah, I know this sounds like the same stuff I keep saying, but I mean it this time. So please bear with me for just a little longer and we'll do our best to bring you quality JoJo stuff.

So, here's Chapter 3, and it's another one that's really heavy on the text. To be honest my biggest problem with Part 4 is the next two or three volumes, since they have such little relevance to the story. Expect another chapter sometime tomorrow.

Edit: It turns out an older group that had started working on this, finally released a new volume (31). They have now done 29 and 31, with another poster on the JoJo Forums having done 30. There was a multi month gap between their releases, though they are of a few notches higher in quality than my thrown together crap. So, I'm debating at this point, whether or not to just drop this. I may get in contact with him, and see what's going on, or just wait and keep going and see how their releases go.

As much as I love JoJo, two groups don't need to be doing it at the same time, especially with the difference in quality.

So, I fucked up the Manga Updates thing and labeled it as Volume 28, but it's definitely 29. I've also got chapters 8 and 9 already cleaned(if you can even call it that, I'm working on going back and removing the annoying colored lines for the volume release, but I suck at photoshop and am having some problems) so I just need to type them up. I actually couldn't bring myself to read all of this in it's current state, so I'm sort of reading Part 4 while translating, and for the most part I'm impressed. I'm liking Josuke a lot more than I thought I would, and aside from a few QUALITY panels in the first two chapters, this is really starting to get good.

So, when I said "I'm hoping to release a chapter every three days," that was code for I'll probably be releasing a chapter every day. So here is Chapter 4, and the plot is picking up pretty quickly! (Faster than part 3 IMO.)

Since I get to bitch here, Photoshop merged all of my text layers to the original, so going back for spellchecking was a bitch.

I don't have a translation for the brief biography of Josuke at the beginning of this chapter, I'll work on getting all of those by the time I release a batch for volume 29.

Well, this next chapter was only about as 2/3rds as long as the last one, so I got done with it sooner than I expected, along with some unexpected free time (IE: Insomnia). I'm aiming to have chapter three out by tomorrow night, so hopefully I can get the first volume finished by next weekend.

As per the comments I have used a new font, and worked on increasing the size of the text so that it's easier on your eyes. As always comments/criticism/hints are welcomed, and if it's bad enough I'll be more than happy to put out a V2.

Announcement of Intent.

As a somewhat recent fan of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, the lack of quality translations have plagued me as I have tried to read Part 4 of the series. Due to this I will take it upon myself to attempt to clean some raws and using the current translations make them at least more easily read.

As I cannot speak Japanese, or any language other than English for that matter, the actual translations may be as off as ever, but hopefully this experience will at least be in coherent sentences.

I think Randy 'Turbo' Johnson scans will succeed where so many others have failed. (Or just got bored and stopped.
