ReplyDeleteAwesome work! But isn't Toyohiro's name "Kanedaichi Toyohiro"(鋼田一 豊大（かねだいち とよひろ）) according to the Japanese wiki, rather than "Kaneda Ichitoyohiro" as in Duwang?

He's only referred to by full name in the comic text, and no part of the name except "Toyohiro" is or sounds like a real name. But yeah I see some people online calling him 鋼田一 so I guess that's supposed to be his family name? I'll fix it in the same pass as the correction above.
Delete3 volumes to go? If I recall correctly, three chapters of Part 4 bleed into volume 47 as well. I trust you'll be doing those as well?

DeleteWhen will the next volume come out?
ReplyDeleteI've been very busy last month and sick all this month. So the script isn't ready yet. (I've not yet read the Cheap Trick chapters). Cleaning is well underway so once there's a complete script it should only take another 2 weeks to typeset and QC. So, probably sometime next month, definitely not the next 2-3 weeks.

ReplyDeleteSince the previous time this was asked I've done the entire script except for a few small handwritten sections and the 2-page relationship map, which I'll do this weekend. The text needs to be edited. Cleaning is close to done so typesetting will probably begin within the week. My estimate for a complete release is "by Thanksgiving".
DeleteHey I just wanted to say that The Invincible Trio is one of the main reasons why part 4 has been my favourite part of Jojo so far. As much as we all enjoy Duwang, I can't bring myself to finish one of my favourite manga series that way, so I'm really looking forward to the next volume release from you guys! I'm sure I'm not the only one who is waiting for this release to be able to continue enjoying JJBA so thank you for all the hard work and please keep us posted on when we can enjoy the next volume!
